Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please check with your bank or PayPal account before contacting us.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Non‑returnable items
Perishable goods, intimate products, and digital downloads cannot be returned.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before fulfillment. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
